Ok so it's a new year, the Holidays are over! I have to get back on track. Today is the first day of the rest of my life! This year is starting off great! The biggest life obstical is over and things are headed in the right direction in all aspects! Now I need to keep me great and everything going along on a nice even "UP" AND THE SCALE GOING DOWN! GOOD LUCK AND HAPPINESS TO ALL OF US!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
