I am gonna be a Gramma in May and I want to (no need to) be healthy to be around for a long long time...My Mom missed out of everything dieing at a young age of 39...I am 4 years passed her death age but want so much more out of life...I have to hold myself accountable for everything that goes in this mouth...and keep my body moving...Today is a new day...I have done my exercises and a good breakfast...Lord give me strength to get thru today...
