Doing another food challenge today - 12 Scoop Ice Cream Heap @ Curly's Pub in Green Bay. Fasting for 22 hours before challenge with exception of workout supplements.

According to general assumptions of calories of sundae and according to the exercise guide, I will still be at a caloric deficit for the day as long as I complete my exercise for 75 minutes, which will consist of Ab Ripper X followed by circuit of the following



Goblet Squat (w/ 35 lb DB)

Mountain Climber

Kettle DB swing

Pushups (different variations - wide, close grip, etc...)

Upright Row OR Bent Row OR DB Deadlift

Calf Raise

T-Position Row

Shoulder Press



- 4x Circuit
- 45 seconds each exercise
- 15 second rest after each exercise
- 2 minute rest after each circuit is complete


Whatever engergy I have left will go towards:

body weight exercises - pushups, squats, lunges, calf raises, var etc.

and

static holds - planks, knee to elbow planks, hydrolics, etc...



Yeah. . . gonna be tons of fun!

226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
