Been a week so time to update from maintenance land. Averaging around 110 this week which is good. A bit of a switch up week with one day wandering into high carb land and one day fasting. I usually do a high carb day more often but with so little social life I cannot remember when I did it last.
109.6 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
