Since I have boosted my carbs up to 25, I have gained 1 pound. I am going to continue with the 25 carb limit for yet another week and see what happens. I'm getting lots of exercise, walking, bowling,and golf.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
