So close. I’ll probably change the goal by just a couple pounds. Maybe to 132. Running is helping trim down my thighs which is wonderful. They were huge and I was afraid I’d never get the weight to come off without a LOT of sagging. That’s one reason I wanted to plateau for a couple months - to build up some muscle underneath to stop the sagging. Now I need to do the same for my upper body but I have so many issues with my upper back and shoulder muscles that I’m very worried about doing something to make it worse.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
