It's going to complain that I gained 4 lbs. Only, I didn't gain 4 lbs. I lost 4lbs over 2 days. That's not even reasonable weight loss.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
