Not a pretty number. Definitely need to get it down. I ran last night, and had a good food day. Dinner was a spinach, carrot, cucumber, kidney bean salad with a little french dressing. Pretty tasty. I will stick to healthy foods today. I can do this. Get my eating back under control. Enough slacking off.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
