Keeping the weight off and still dropping a few lbs a week. This week will be a new beginning with; low calories, the right ratios, and a steady exercise regiment. This should produce outstanding results. Shooting for 300 lbs by the end of the month.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
