Let myself go for the week. Nothing awful just too much every day. One piece of pie with ice cream when you’ve already hit your daily allowance is going to tip the scale. Add a handful of chocolate covered peanuts a couple times a day and it adds up quickly. I’m still adding time and distance to my 5k training and that probably accounts for a small amount of water retention. Anyway still under 140 so I don’t feel too badly about it. Crawling back on the wagon.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
