Used my pedomiter for the 1st time yesterday and (drum roll please) I hit 10,280 steps. That is considered active. I worked my desk job, I did some house cleaning/cooking/child care and went to karate last night and that makes 10k in steps. So as long as I keep up that pattern I can continue to be an "active" person. I am surprised how easy it was, I tend to under estimate my efforts, but the pedometer helped reinforce that I an staying active!
