Not quite lunch time yet but decided to preplan my menu today. Guessed my weight earlier but just really weighed in, of course it more!! Okay, anyone know if its better to preplan or go on throughout the day and just list whatever you eat? Any help is appreciated!!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

From what most people say, planning is key to weight loss. If you already have it planned out, then you are less apt to stray from the plan. Of course, you need some flexibility. I need to plan more. There are lot's of great sites with recipes. You can cook on Sunday or do some crock pot recipes during the week. Writing as you go can be difficult and leave more room for eating higher caloric items. It depends on the person. Give it a go and see what happens.
