Another 2 lbs off this week. Slow and steady but definitely winning the race :-) Delighted to see my metabolic age drop this week too, for the very first time since I started losing weight. I have now gained back an extra four years of life, which is a very cheering thought!
216.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
