Doing -800 calories in Spinning and Jogging. That week I take off was to be prepared for this amazing new journey and it payed good. From 14.6 of body fat I am at 11.6%. (When I started bac at novemeber 2008 I was 21.6 % fat and 200 lb!!!)
176.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thats my new cardio plan for 2 weeks. Spinning and Jogging (total 45 minutes atleast 2 or 3 days per week, others days involve weight lifting)
