Finally the number on the scale has gone down a bit. I think that 4lb gain a few days ago was due to some serious bloating. Oh how I loathe certain times of the month
162.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
