I don't know what's wrong.... :(
I workout hard, I log everything that I put into my mouth, I'm staying within my RDI but I've gained 4.2 lbs

It's depressing when you're trying and instead of getting closer to your goal, your getting further from it *sigh*.

As much as I feel like crying my eyes out and saying "screw it, let me have a big greasy burger", I'm gonna keep at it and work even harder from now.

My scale has just successfully pissed me off.... >:( so I'm gonna show it who's boss around here *hmph*
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First, google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Working your muscles hard with exercise can cause them to retain water. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It will go away. RDI's are guidelines. You may need to adjust your caloric intake. They don't take in to account genetics and other factors so you may need to adjust it as needed. Plus as you lose, you need less food to keep losing. Great job on the exercise.
