Only 2 pound gain after the wedding I attended yesterday. My food choices were good (declined the mini-Swedish meatball appetizers, brushetta, toast (ate the crab meat on top, though) & roasted potatoes).
I did enjoy a couple mini-cupcakes & 10 (yes, 10) cocktails.
My dress looked fabulous (pic in Yoli group, too). It was a little tight when I sat, but I was able to dance the night away!
I didn't feel too bad until the hour drive home when everything started spinning. I have a slight headache, but it could also be my monthly migraine trying to rear it's ugly head.
Have to drive son back to Penn State today, so I hope it doesn't get much worse. Anyway, he can drive up while I relax.

Hopefully that's just water weight you've picked up and will lose quickly over the next day or so. Sounds like you had fun!

Keep gaining weight but I'm not doing much to stop this phase. Come Monday!

Drink lots of water today to flush out all the toxins from the alcohol and sugar and salt. Your headache should go away soon and in about a day or two your weight gain will be gone. Sometime life events happen. Sounds like you kept a conscious effort to watch what you were eating. So kudos to you. Stay on track this week and you'll be fine. Stay awesome!!!!

It's pretty tough to gain true body weight from just one meal or over the course of a day. I'm sure once the wedding food and drink, er, "work their way out of your system", you will have negligible or no weight gain. :-)

Glad you were able to exercise relatively good judgement on food even with consuming 10 cocktails. I hope you feel better as the day progresses. Glad it was fun too (wedding)!
