Drinking more water + 16 - 32 oz more. Missed 2 days of walk. Doubled walk yesterday. Will Double walk again tomorrow. Added personal goal to 1 mile per day: After 5 min warm up walk for 20 to 25 min. @ 3.5 mph treadmill walking this usually equals at least 1.5 miles per walk.
224.5 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
