So happy to have gotten through Valentine's with no dent in progress. I wanted that 166! And I'd only peeked it one time so I'm thrilled to still see it today. Yes!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The strangest thing happened this morning. I was eating this new multi-grain hot cereal with Bill, feeling just fine, and right in the middle of eating it, with only moments of an instantly queasy warning, I made it to the bathroom to throw up. I was more surprised than anything. And worried because I have class tonight and two clients tomorrow. Afterwards I felt okay again. I think it might have been eating my vitamins before breakfast and after a couple of cups of coffee. Gosh, I hope so. I haven't been sick in years! So I came in early to work and had a nice long soak. Now I'm just going to pay attention to my body. I still couldn't eat a thing. Weird. I'm going to try some Stash Lemon Ginger tea. Ginger is supposed to be really good for upset tummy. Last night I ate something ridiculous. After emptying our cupboards (I still haven't been shopping) all I could see was one of those LaChoy canned meals beef chow mein or some such thing. Maybe that was it. I hadn't had one since I was a little kid and bought it months ago I'm not sure why. It didn't seem bad really. But now I'll never eat it again for as long as I live. We were cursing that we didn't have chow mein noodles. Now I'm just disappointed. Good thing its relaxation week because at the moment I feel pretty weak. I have to go clean a guest room and then go to the bank. Before I know it my work day will be done. I only go 10-1 today. Well, I'm going to see if I can drum up LaChoy in the food choices. Til later, we all need a vacation!! Love you guys!
