Can't loose weight leading a sedentary life. A little exercise is needed..Personal reminder..Don't Diet...Change your way of living..because once the diet stops..the weight comes back!!!
277.3 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
