Aggravated a bit, but I'm hoping to see a loss of something by next week. Doing the Fatsmash detox now. Today is day 4. Yay.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1405 kcal Fat: 19.86g | Prot: 54.45g | Carb: 280.74g.   Breakfast: Wegmans Watermelon, Taste of Inspirations Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Raspberry. Lunch: Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Delallo Greek Feta Salad, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries. Dinner: Cooked Beets, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Zucchini soup. Snacks/Other: Cantaloupe Melons, Watermelon, Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Black Cherry. more...

I don't know why I don't get notifications on here until days later! I almost missed this. :( I'd really like to get down to about 118, but that would need to be a toned 118. I'm still doing my elliptical at least 20 minutes a day 5-6 days a week, but my stomach and arms are so flabby. :( I can't do a whole lot else either with my neck/arm situation and bad knee. sigh
