No gain is a win for me right now! Haven't been going to the gym, haven't been counting calories and still maintaining. That gives me hope that when I do get down to my goal weight maintaining wont be as difficult as I had originally anticipated. So fast forward through all the stress I've had this past month, I am now officially back on the wagon, so to speak. Went to the gym last night and have big plans with friends of mine to get my gym regimen going again. Feeling optimistic!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Maintaining is much better than gaining. I hope your plans for the gym work out. It's great when you feel good about where you're going. :)

How's the new job going??? Busy time for you. No gain is great in those circumstances.

Thank you mars2kids, and thank you kmunson for making me feel important by remembering! The job is rough around the edges. I mean the work is all fine but right now I'm pretty much working for daycare costs. My husband doesn't think it's worth it to have me gone all the time so I'm seriously considering putting in my notice. It has been a really hard adjustment not being home with the little ones as much as I'd like, my son will be in school full time next year, I feel like I should be taking advantage of time with him now. But anyway, we will see. I will let you know what I decide.

Daycare costs have gotten out of hand. There is no reason that someone has to have that much per hour to watch a child! Here in Minnesota the push is on to make all the daycares have a labor union. Now that would really hurt things. I have great respect for those that watch kids...but to take the entire paycheck of another person doing their job seems awful. I am glad I am past that stage! Good Luck!

I have a friend who has 4 kids and after having her 1st found it was too expensive for her to keep working and send her daughter to day care. Her hubby made more money so he kept his job and she quit hers to stay home. I'm sure whatever decision you come to will be the right one.

I agree, daycare costs are ridiculous. I have many friends that have told me that they didn't go back to work full time until all of their kids were back in school full time. My husband makes decent money but the issue is that I want to buy a house, and before then I want to get out of debt. Almost all of our debt is medical, office visits, stitches for my son, it's never ending! We will figure it out, we always do! Thank you both for your support :-)

That is life...like it or not. God will provide one way or another.
