Getting ready to start my new job on Thursday. So excited and nervous all at the same time. I have everything set up for the kids' daycare, jeez is it expensive! But they will be transporting my daughter to and from school, and I will never have to worry about snow days or delays interfering with my work schedule. So my big concern was how am I going to stay on this weight loss bandwagon while working full time. Lets face it, I'm not going to go to the gym in the evening. I'm already leaving my kids in daycare the majority of the day, I'll want to spend every evening minute with them. So I think I've figured it out. I'm paying for full time daycare regardless of whether its thirty five hours or fifty hours so on the days that I don't have to be to work until 9, Tuesdays and Thursdays, I'm going to drop the kids off at daycare at seven and hit the gym before work. I would love the extra a.m. sleep, but I really want to hit my weight loss goals! I just announced to all my friends and family via Facebook that I have lost fifty pounds, there is more pressure than ever to maintain that momentum. I don't usually see most of my family unless its a major holiday, so I'm hoping to be down as much as possible by thanksgiving. To be under 200 would be a-freakin-mazing! Definitely do-able. But go big or go home, I'm going to shoot for 190. That's a 96 pound loss! Damn, I better get on it! I'm not going to lie I hadn't been to the gym for like two weeks before tonight. I was so stressed with the job and organizing what to do with my kids while I work, I put everything else on the back burner. I need to remember that this is about me, and I deserve it! Feeling a lot more optimistic since I was at the gym tonight. I can do this, right?! Hell yeah I can lol

Of course you can do it! You will be so busy with work you won't think about sneaking a snack. Then with the gym time you will be golden.

Sounds like you're getting things figured out, so that will be one less stress. Your gym plan sounds good, I hope it works well for you! The biggest help for me has been taking my lunch and snacks to work, then I'm not trying to get fast food or something on my break or going to the store and grabbing junk food. You can do this!!
