4 lbs in a week. I spent a great deal of time at the gym but the bottom line is calorie intake vs calorie burn.

I hate having to watch what I eat and watch the calories but at age 40, not being as active as I was, I need to realize it's time to figure out what my daily calorie intake needs to be and adjust to it.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
