WOOOHOOO! Down one pound!! Feeling great today.
I cant believe I finally broke the plateau, I was stuck at 148 FOREVER.
OK, going to contain myself and stay FOCUSED!!!!

how did you break your plateau? I have 5 pounds more to lose and my weight has not budged in a month. I am following the stage 2 100%.
