Winerds's Journal, 17 December 2010

Well I am super-happy that I did not gain any weight given the number of holiday events last weekend and that I have been sick most of this week, but sad that I didn't at least lose a pound.

The next two weeks should be much easier as it is just my husband and I for the most part!

172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 December 2010:

December is the most difficult month, and it is very difficult for many of us to maintain in winter (just watch the gains as the show is just beginning); so, consider yourself to be doing an excellent job. Keep up the great work Winerd!
