Maybe you should't. I took a peek at your history and you have been down the road before. You know what you need to do, you know how to do it. Your history says so. I put 30 pounds back on this summer because i stopped logging everything and spent no time on this site. You KNOW you have the ability to do what needs to be done, the same as I do.

Lol... fatfreeme... no! ;) You've made the first step by coming back here, which is what I did too about 5 weeks ago. I think that in itself shows that we actually want to do something about our gains. We've done this before and as Sm1dge rightly said, can do it again. The first step is the hardest... but I think once you can get back into it, you will be glad you made that decision. I'm already loving the fact that clothes are feeling looser... even with only 8lbs or so down. I found this quote from Lao-Tzu... "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step..." so every time I want to fall off, I just try to keep reminding myself that I haven't yet reached my destination. So come on... start walking... you can jump on the journey to a new us "band-wagon" too. :) ~ ~

Anything worth having is worth fighting for. I realize it's not easy, it's frustrating and can be incredibly discouraging...BUT YOU CAN DO IT! We're all in the same boat on this site or we wouldn't be here...you can count on anyone here to help you through! Including me! Good luck and let me know if there's anything I can do to help you on your journey :)

Aww Thanks so much!Makes me feel better knowing that I am not alone. I just feel like I never really reached my goal even years ago when I first got on this site. I remember finally getting down to 155 and how long it seemed to take and how hard it was and then i also look back thinking 155 wasn't even my goal weight of 125 so I kick myself for that and a little devil on my shoulder says "why even bother you didn't get to where you needed to be last time what makes you think you can do it now" sooo out come the crackers and yes i eat the whole box in one day WTF? LOL
