Finally back to the 180s! at 189 I have now lost 7% of my total body mass in 5 weeks time, while seeing significant strength and muscle mass increases!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
