Woke up at the same weight as I have been for over a week again 110.6

Diet Anniversary for me today. I have been doing this two YEARS. I have been at goal for over a year. Will just be doing left over borscht and liver pate today. Tomorrow is Canadian Thanksgiving and then we celebrate that. It will all be keto as usual.

110.6 lb Lost so far: 75.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
