Progress - at a snail's pace but at least it's in the right direction. Looking closely at my calorie consumption I've come to the conclusion that the problem is that I'm still eating too many of them :-) My daily average is at, or just below, the recommended level of 1700 but it seems that's just not low enough for me to lose weight at a resonable level (by that I mean 0.5 to 1 pound a week - I'm not expecting much more). A few adjustments are required (mainly in the wine at weekends and too many crisps sections of my diet :-) )
