Okay so this is thanks to changing up gym routine. I am still frustrated that I was doing all of those things and no progress for 18 days straight but.. yay for a loss. FINALLY!
274.8 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
