Hallo all, it is a bright sunshiny day!!! The scale has kind of settled on 110.6. It has been like this for a week or so. Guess I am rocking maintenance. But secretly I had hoped to lose some as Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend and then I could really let loose. I love turkey. Tomorrow will be "turkey hunt". Finding a cheap frozen turkey day LOL. Today I trott. Adding a couple of pics from the fall walk I did with my daughter this weekend

You are doing great I love turkey also especially the many things you can do with it after like turkey salad ,turkey hash , turkey grilled cheese sandwich the list goes on lol be blessed

Thanks guys. And no worries I am going to enjoy the turkey I hopefully find tomorrow. There is just something mentally good about a cushion. All in my head of course.
