I was concerned that I would not drop any weight this week... although the object right now is to lose weight, I also have to understand that *not gaining* is key. However, even a slight gain during a diet is not the end all.

We had some cold weather so walkjogging :-) was a bit touch and go. Yesterday was 50 degrees in the Mid West, so I enjoyed my time outdoors.

This week I had Applebees, went to a Mexican Restaurant, it was my son's birthday so there were high calorie foods all around. I had to select what I thought would work best and not over-do anything.

I'm probably about two weeks away from my initial goal of 200. What I have found, you have to continually set new goals for yourself, failure to do so may mean weight gain or loss of focus.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 18.9 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
