The house has been rented and I need to head back to Missouri next weekend. My perfect weight loss situation is about to come to a screeching end. I am happy with the weight I’m at so now it’s a latter of not sliding into old habits and packing the pounds back on. I kept the weight off once for about 10 years so I know I can do it. It is all a matter of activity. Got to stay active.
