It is diet or running ?
No running today, just gym (chest, ab's)...will I reduce my weight ?
No eating salt at all, but most food already have huge amount of salt and minerals (salt - it is not good for diet and losing weight).
Now, keep eating under 1300 kcal, to find out what is the reason of losing weight, running or diet... will see.
