You have so little to lose and are already at a low weight. If you are in a healthy weight range for your height, than it can take longer and be much harder to get off. You can focus on losing fat through diet and exercise. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Exercise can help burn calories and lose fat/inches, so the scale may not move a lot, but you go down in sizes. You can have a person who weighs 140 and be a size 8 and another who (same height and body type) weighs 150 and is a size 4. Its the amount of lean muscle on our bodies that makes the difference. You might also check out Bob Harper's new book. He does a 3 week jump start diet. It might help you. Check out reviews on amazon or the local library.

Thanks for the support. I am actually doing 3 week jump start diet right now. Most of the reviews of it say if you follow it closely you drop weight... not the case with me apparently. I am exercising intensely at least 4-5 days a week. While I am at a pretty healthy weight, I am only 5" tall, making me a bit too heavy for my height even though my doctor says BMI is just not going to work for me with the amount of muscle I have.
