3 days so I think I just barely squeaked below 140. Bodies change as we get older so I’m not sure I’ll be losing much more. Faces get skeletal if you lose too much and I don’t want that.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
