Most days good. A couple not so much. So I'm glad I'm down.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1255 kcal Fat: 44.10g | Prot: 77.97g | Carb: 142.78g.   Breakfast: Peaches, Shannon's Coffee, Danone Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Lunch: Broccoli, Blue Water Simply Bake Garlic & Herb Haddock, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Dinner: Great Value Chocolate Pudding, Lettuce, Red Tomatoes, Black Diamond Cheddar Style Slices, Diana Sauce Gourmet Honey Garlic Sauce, Strubs Willie's Zucchini Relish, President's Choice Blue Menu Chicken Burgers. Snacks/Other: Cadbury Mini Eggs, Tim Hortons Chocolate Glazed Timbit, Dare Bear Paws, Tim Hortons Steeped Tea (Medium), 2% Fat Milk. more...
