put on 300g, that's ok. Not giving up. Got on the treadmill thismorning before going grocery shopping, was a good feeling. Just have to try harder this week. I know where i went wrong just ate too much junk food. I exercised every day and did all my challenges. If i lose 500g this i will be happy
147.9 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
