Phew! On track this week (but just by the skin of my teeth :-)). I know I indulged in too much wine and too many snacks at the weekend but I'm hoping to be a little more disciplined (and eat a little healthier) going forward. I might have got away with things this week but that can't last.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are a lot of healthy options just make a list I totally changed what I eat and have never been happier apart from ice cream 3 or 4 times a year but I burn that of straight away
