That's probably why you aren't losing. If you don't eat enough, it can make you not lose of even gain sometimes. You need to ask yourself "do i wanna be strong, lean and healthy and live a long life?" If the answer is yes, then you need to re-evaluate your nutrition and get an exercise plan. There is no easy way. Get plenty of lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink water! Watch your sodium and limit too many processed foods. You would be surprised how much healthy food you can eat and still lose. Whatever you put in to your body will show on your body through nutrition. Eat healthy and you'll look healthy. If you don't get enough nutrition, eventually it shows on your body too and the damage isn't always reversible (bones loss, hair loss, etc.) Good luck!
