I have broken my plateau! Thanks and hugs to everyone who stuck with me and encouraged me and did not let me quit.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1561 kcal Fat: 41.36g | Prot: 72.72g | Carb: 237.09g.   Breakfast: 80 Calorie Cereal - Chocolate, Whole Milk, Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, Blueberries, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: V-Fusion Strawberry Banana Juice, Bananas, Apples. Dinner: Roasted Potato, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Chips Ahoy! Dieting is a life long commitment and the hardest thing to do I am proud of you and we all will keep up the good work so we falter a little but, success is around the corner.
