Well, I've been up and down behaving. Did great during the week last week. Actually weighed in at 154 last week, but then went camping on the weekend and totally blew it. back at 154.8 today but really that means i lost a whole week because of my weekend off. Also got my first period since Cadence was born, so hoping there might be a little extra because of that.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
