Finally think I might have found something that works for me, at least short term because I know that these meals are pretty high in sodium... but I'm now eating oatmeal for breakfast, a Lean "Gourmet" (Lean Cuisine, just Michelina's brand) and a healthier dinner. Until I can a)learn portion sizes b) learn not to binge eat, I'm resorting to this. It's working so far. I feel in control because it is very controlled. The Lean Gourmet's are only $1 too, so for $5 a work week, I have five lunches.
