I'm bummed that the weight went up a bit this morning. I keep thinking that I'm doing so well on the "diet" end of things, and keeping track of what I do each day, and yet the weight is not a consistent thing. Maybe I worry about it too much, and shouldn't weigh each day, especially since it bounces around a bit....but I have gotten into the habit of weighing each morning, so it's hard to break that habit.

Good morning. Don't worry so much about daily numbers. If your overall trend is down then you're fine. Also put more stock into how clothes fit, measurements and so forth. Hope this helps.
