I DO believe the combination of really watching the sodium intake and wearing those ding dang compression socks is having an effect! I guess I didn't realize how much "water" my legs and ankles were storing.....I wouldn't want to get that lymphadema thing I see really really obese people get in their legs and ankles. Geesh. And I WAS having a lot of swelling in my calves and even the arch of my foot - made getting some kinds of shoes hard to get on, much less wear. guess I'll keep on keeping on.

I imagine it was a relief to see positive results. I see runners wearing the knee high compression socks, and I didn't think they really did anything. Well, if I ever need them, I'm buying a few pairs. Keep on keepin' on!
