I'm really watching the sodium, 'cause I'm thinking that it might be a culprit in my body holding water, so to speak. Having had my abdomenal lymph glands removed with that first cancer surgery, I'm always battling that liquid drifting down to my legs, for one thing, so I'm also being better about wearing the compression stockings, and I do think those two things are helping (well, at least for these past few days anyway). We'll see, as time goes on, if that's the case. Fingers crossed.
186.9 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
