Thank God it started going down again, I thought I would have to kill something. I never thought I'd be gaining weight in the middle of my period, just at the beginning and then seeing it go down day by day as I shed the extra water weight.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
