Well I didn't do the exercise yesterday. I did some housecleaning but I want actual deliberate exercise for it to count. Followed the other three rules though. Even had calories to spare :)
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
