I just wrote a LOOOOONG journal. It's gone. I am so ticked off!

Well. Short summary. Dropped 10 - TEN - lbs overnight. Go me.

Fatsecret - you're REALLY testing me today. I'm already not using your calorie counter. Please fix your damn errors that keep coming up. I don't wanna end up finding somewhere else for my journal. I like it here. Don't test me.

Other than Fatsecret hassles, life is good.

EDIT:
...and Fatsecret registered the wrong frickin' weight! I can't believe it. Hrmff... Today, I'm 82 kilos. Not 86.
End of EDIT.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 160.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@curiousjemz140 - you can't count on it as actual fat loss. This is merely fluid retention that is coming off crazy fast. It's very common for me to see wild fluctuations, but very unusual to see it dropping this fast. :)

I feel your pain buddy. I always compose mine in notepad then copy paste ever since that happened to me the first time.

I second Bella, I usually copy and paste my journals too. A bit of a pain but so much less frustrating. And congrats on the 10 lb loss. Water retention is a bitch, eh? And thanks for giving me some perspective :) It's all good. Guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow for our usual Keld blog - love your journals :)

I usually copy mine periodically to prevent. I like the idea of using another program though to write and then copy/paste. thanks for sharing. It hasnt happened to me, YET. have a good day, and congrats on the massive loss!
